An Energy Performance Certificate is required on selling or leasing existing non-domestic buildings

EPCPLUS is a new service designed specifically for existing non-domestic buildings. The service includes a full survey of the building and a calculation assessment to produce the energy rating for the building along with comparative benchmarks for a similar new building built to the minimum Building Regulations standards and a typical existing building. A recommendations report is included with suggestions for improving the energy rating of the building with an indication of the payback period for each item

Our standard coverage or this service includes most of the North West of England, the West Midlands and North Wales.  We may be able to provide services outside of this area by special arrangement.  Please contact us for details.

Please note, this coverage area only applies to existing buildings, which require a survey.  For new buildings our services cover the whole of the UK.
