Church House Building Services is an established building services consultancy practice operating throughout the United Kingdom.  Experience encompasses all aspects of building services systems.  Qualified staff all have a practical background in the industry and the projects they have undertaken include commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, domestic, research and technology developments.

CHB Sustainability

Church House Building Sustainability  is a sustainability and low carbon design consultancy specialising in building energy assessment and modelling, Building Regulations Part L compliance, renewable energy, energy efficiency, passive design and eco-construction.  

Our team has considerable experience of a wide range of sustainable projects from small scale rural self sufficiency studies to large mixed use urban developments.

We have conducted extensive research in areas such as sustainable architecture and renewable energy in association with the Graduate School of the Environment at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales.
