Non-Domestic EPC

Since January 4th 2009 all commercial buildings for sale or rent require an Energy Performance Certificate.

CHBS are fully accredited to produce non-domestic EPCs throughout England, Wales and Scotland.  

We provide a highly competitive EPCExpress service for producing the standard EPC document package with a guaranteed 7 day turn-around for Level 3 Buildings and 14 day turn-around for Level 4 Buildings.

As well as the standard EPC document package our EPCPLUS service also provides a more comprehensive report detailing practical advice for cost-effective measures to improve the building energy performance rating.

CHBS do not sub-contract our EPC service; all surveys and assessments are carried out in-house by our experienced team.
