Energy Compliance

CHBS offer a range of Building Regulations Approved Document Part L and EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive compliance services.

We can provide Part L compliance services for both domestic and non-domestic buildings through our SBEM and SAP2005 services.  We can also provide any form of further Part L consultation required.

We are fully accredited to produce Energy Performance Certificates for all types of non-domestic buildings and new-build dwellings.
