CHBS are experienced and competant with all aspects of mechanical services design including heating, cooling, ventilation, fire protection and Building Management System (BMS) design.

We have particular experience in designing VRV/F systems and integrating renewable energy technologies.

Our specialisation in energy compliance and sustainability means that we have the awareness and knowledge to produce mechanical services designs that not only meet the requirements but can achieve levels of energy efficiency which are far in excess of the current legislative minimum standards.

Not only can we produce designs but we can offer further services such as preparation of contract documents and co-ordination of services installation.
